SPECIAL NOTE: You must contact us for a Returned Material Authorization number before returning products to us! Any package received without proper authorization, will not be accepted.

Shipping or Product Defects: Our products are 100% guaranteed to be free from defects or you may contact us within 30 days.

Other Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit. The package and product must be returned in their original condition along with the original sales/packing slip. Any items retuned without original packing slip or in any package other than the delivery package, cannot be retuned for a cash refund. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns of Flower Girl Dresses, Flower Girl Headpieces and Tuxedo, that is shipped from our Flower Girl Dress factory.

The Return Material Authorization number must be in the mailing address for the proper processing. Any package received without the Return Material Authorization number will not be accepted.
