A. For orders between $1.00 and $149.99 the UPS shipping charges are only $6.50. For orders that total over $150.00, we pay all shipping charges.

A. The only thing that will be charged to your credit card is the listed price of the

A. Diamond White is one shade between white and ivory. It is also called "off-white" or "candlelight". Because Diamond White is a custom color, if you are not sure that this is the color you need, please call customer service for a fabric swatch. Once you order a Diamond White veil, it is non-refundable.
Q. If I am not happy with my veil can I return it?

Q. Can I order a custom made veil that is cut to my specifications?
A. We can cut a veil to any length(s) you would like! Custom made veils can normally be made and sent to you within 7 business days after the date of your order. You will receive a price quote by the next business day.
Q. How long does it take to get my headpiece?
A. You should have your order within 8-10 business days from the date of your order. In the rare case the item you have selected is on backorder, we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated ship date. Wedding-Veil is not responsible for shipping delays caused by bad weather or UPS error.
Q. How will I know when my shipment is sent?
A. We will e-mail you the UPS tracking number of your shipment. You can then log into our web-site and click the UPS tracking link to check the status of your shipment.
