Shipping and Return Policies
We only charge a $6.45 for shipping no matter how many items you order (ground freight only). The exceptions would be for express or international shipments. (see international terms and costs below).
Happiness Guaranteed!
If you are absolutely not thrilled with any product you purchase from us, just return it within 14 days for a refund (excluding original shipping charges). There will be a $5.00 restocking fee on all items that are returned, that are not veils or headpieces. If you wish to return any item(s) on your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to get a return authorization number.
No returns will be accepted AFTER your wedding date. You will be responsible for any cost you incur in shipping the product(s) back to our warehouse.
If you need help choosing the perfect veil, you can order up to 3 veils and return the two you don't like. If you order three (3) veils and decide to return two of them, you must return them within 14 days of receipt of your order. There will be a
$2.50 restock fee for each stock veil returned on a multiple veil order and a $10.00 restock for custom veils*.
For example, if you order three (3) stock veils and keep at least one of them, the restocking fees will be $5.00 ($2.50 each for the two returned veils).
Because they cannot be re-sold, custom
veils with lace or rhinestone edge are non-refundable.
All changes made after the order is placed, are subject to change fees, to be determined by wedding-veil.com.
If you are returning a stock veil, or doing an exchange, you will not be charged any restocking fee.
*A veil is considered to be custom or non-stock if:

If in the veils description, it says that the veil will take 6 business days to
process, it is considered a custom or non-stock veil.

It is any color other than white or ivory.

It has a colored edge other than white or ivory.

If it is not a standard length listed on the site (we make a custom length according
to your specifications)

RETURN POLICIES:
(returns sent back in envelopes of any kind will not be accepted because of the damage incurred to the product when this is done)

International Shipments and returns:
On international shipments, no refunds for shipping charges will be issued for any reason. If an item is returned at your expense we will gladly issue a refund or exchange for the item (less original shipping charges). In the case of an exchange there will be new shipping charges when the item you are exchanging for is shipped to you.
Refunds will only be processed after you return the shipment at your expense. All items returned have to be returned in new condition. No refunds will be issued on items that are returned damaged or soiled. To return a shipment you will have to get a "Return Authorization Number" from our shipping department, and the following requirements must be met:
1. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order, and must be accepted at our receiving department within 15 business days following the issue date of the return authorization number, or no credit will be given.
2. The item is in brand new condition and not altered or modified in any way.
3. The item has not been worn or damaged.
4. The return date is prior to wedding date.
5. The item must be returned in its original box with packaging, or a comparable box & packing. NO ENVELOPES ACCEPTED.
6. All returns must have your Return Authorization Number clearly printed on outside of box.
You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item. We will apply your credit towards the item you want in exchange. We do not pay shipping charges on the exchanged item that is being shipped. The item you have requested an exchange for will not be shipped until the original item is received back from you.
If you would like the new item shipped to you before we get the original one back, we will charge you the full amount of the new item, and after we get the original headpiece back we will issue a credit for your original purchase. The following conditions must be met before an exchange will be accepted:

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Ship Dates:
Wedding-Veil.Com will ship most orders within 2 business days (Monday - Friday - excluding holidays) after you order is received. It also takes 2 business days (Monday - Friday - excluding holidays) to process expedited shipping requests, please take this into consideration for delivery time. Special order requests, will normally ship within 6 business . days (Monday - Friday) after receipt of your order (excluding holidays). If an item is not available to ship, you will be notified immediately of the availability date. USPS Priority Mail normal delivery takes 2-4 days
after the ship date, depending on which state the package is being shipped to (excluding holidays and Sundays).
Rush Orders:
All rush orders should be called into us directly at 1-888-492-8101. Any order placed that requests same day shipment, will be charged a rush fee of $15.00 in addition to the price of the item purchased and Express Shipping Charges (if requested). Not all items are guaranteed to be in stock at all times. If you want to rush an order, please call for availability of the item you wish to purchase.
Cancellation of Orders:
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of your order date without penalty (excluding any rush orders).
Shipping Charges:
All orders placed with Wedding-Veil.Com will have a standard shipping charge of $6.45 if shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Wedding-Veil.Com offers three kinds of shipping to all continental U.S. Customers.
Please note express shipping options are only available (2nd Day Air, Next Day Delivery) for "Headpiece with Veil", "Headpiece Only", "Veil Only", and "Flower Girl Headpieces" orders. All "Headpiece and Veil", "Headpiece Only", "Veil Only", "Flower Girl Headpieces" and some "Bridal Jewelry" can be shipping by USPS Priority Mail or USPS 2nd Day Delivery. To get an Overnight Shipping quote please call us at 1-888-492-8101 Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. All other items will be shipped direct to you from our drop ship partners via UPS!

International Shipping:
All international shipments are made through the United States Postal Service. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Unfortunately tracking shipments through the Postal Service is delayed, and not very timely. The standard shipping cost for Canada is $28.00. The cost for all other countries is $50.00. If your Country charges any duties or taxes on the shipment, you will be responsible to pay for those at the time of delivery.
Tracking Your Shipment:
Once your shipment has been sent, you will be e-mailed your USPS and/or tracking number. After receiving your tracking number, you can track your package by clicking on this link if your order was shipped Priority Mail

. You can use these links to track the status of your shipment, and get an estimated delivery date for your order. Your order should arrive within 2-4 business days your ship date. If your order is shipped to your home, and there is no one available to sign for it, your package will be left on your doorstep.
It is highly recommended that you choose a shipping address where there will be an adult available to sign for your package. We assume no liability for any packages left at a door, or that have not been signed for by an adult. You will also be charged a $5.00 re-routing fee for any redirection of the package from the original address given when the order was placed.
Delivery of Shipment:
If your package does not arrive within 10 days of your ship date, please contact us so we can initiate a claim the US Postal Service or UPS. In the unlikely event your package is lost; we will file a claim with either USPS or UPS and re-ship your order at no additional charge to you!
Damage Claims:
If you receive a box that has been damaged, please call us immediately so we can file a claim with USPS or UPS. If we are not notified of the damage claim within 3 days of receipt of your shipment, we will assume that the package was delivered in good condition. If the item you ordered was damaged during shipment please notify us immediately by e-mail support@wedding-veil.com or call 1-888-492-8101.
