Shipping and Return Policies
At
Wedding-Veil.com we strive to not only give you everyday low prices but also to
get your order to you in a quick and low cost manner. This is why we are offering low cost priority mail shipping to the United States for up to 10 items.

We
understand that choosing the perfect veil can be difficult, which is why we
offer you the ability to order up to 3 stock veils (all veils have to be stock
veils without accents; no custom or non-stock veils allowed on multiple veil
orders) and return the two that you just don’t like. All returns must be made within 14 days of
the receipt of your order. There will be
a $5.00 restocking fee for each
stock veil that is returned.
If you
are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have bought, and it is
refundable, just return it within the 14 days for a refund (excluding shipping
fees and re-stock fees). All items
returned to us will be charged a re-stocking fee, which is determined, by the
type of item. If you wish to return an
item you must contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your order to obtain
a return authorization number. No returns
will be accepted AFTER your wedding date.
You will be responsible for any cost you incur in shipping the
product(s) back to our warehouse. Custom Veils
Custom
veils are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is placed. Custom veils will ship out 6 business days
after order date. A veil is considered to be a custom veil if any of the
following points are met:
- Any customized sized veil
(size includes any custom length and or width). Any item that is not ordered in our
standard lengths or widths is considered a custom veil.
- If we are asked to copy an
item from a picture.
- If any of the layers on
veil are longer then 36” with accents (such as scattered pearls,
rhinestones, bugle beads or any other accent).
- If you ask for extra
pearls or extra rhinestones (double or triple the standard amount) or if
you ask that the accents be scattered in a specific pattern, other then
the general scatter on any length of the veil.
- Veils with colored
rhinestone or colored pearl accents are considered custom veils.
- Alterations to any item
number ending in the letter “V” making it different than pictured will
make that veil non-refundable. This
includes adding scattered rhinestones or pearls to a “V” veil that is not
pictured with additional accents.
- Any veil that has 3 layers
with accents (scattered pearls or rhinestones) is non-refundable.
Non-Stock
Veils
Non-Stock
veils are refundable, as long as the return policies are met and a $10.00
restocking fee is paid. Non-Stock
veils will ship out 6 business days after order date. A veil is considered to be non-stock if any
of the following points are met:
- The veil has scattered
rhinestones, pearls, bugle beads or other accents
- If the veil has 3 or more
layers.
- If the veil specifies in
the description that it takes 6 business days to process
- Veils with a colored edge
or colored veiling (any color other than white or ivory)
All
changes made after the order is placed will be subject to change fees to be
determined by Wedding-Veil.com

Return
Policy
- All return requests must
be made within 14 days of receipt of order and must be accepted to our
receiving department within 15 business days of date of the return
authorization date.
- All returns must be
shipped back in a box. Returns sent
back in envelopes of any kind will not be accepted due to damage incurred
to the product when this is done.
- NO RETURNS will be
accepted after the wedding date.
- The item must be in brand
new condition and not altered or modified in any way.
- The item must not be
damaged.
- All returns must have your
Return Authorization Number clearly printed on the outside of the box, or
it will be refused at our returns department.
You
are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item. We will apply your credit towards the item
you want in exchange. We do not pay
shipping charges on the exchanged item that is being shipped. The item you have requested an exchange for
will not be shipped until the original item is received back from you.
If you
would like the new item shipped to you before we get the original one back, we
will charge you the full amount of the new item until we receive the original
back at which time we will issue a credit for your original purchase.
Unfortunately
at this time we cannot offer refunds on discontinued or closeout items. If you have questions regarding this please

Cancellation
of Orders
Your
order can be canceled within 24 hours of your order date without penalty
(excluding any rush orders, non-stock veil orders). A cancellation fee of $10.00 will be charged
for any non-stock veil orders even within 24 hours of order date. There are no cancellations allowed on custom
orders, once the order is placed.
Back
Order Items
If an
item you ordered is on back-order we will inform you as to when it will be
available to ship. On multiple piece
item orders back-order items of any kind are not allowed. If for some reason an item goes on back-order
after we get the order that particular piece will be canceled from the order
and you will be notified via email. If
there is a back-order on a regular order, a split shipment may be
necessary. This will help us so that we
do not have to hold part of the order while waiting for another part to come
in.

Ship
Dates:
Most
of the orders will ship within 2 business days of order date (Monday-Friday
excluding holidays). Expedited shipping
request also take 2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) so please
take this into consideration for delivery time.
Special order requests will normally ship within 6 business days
(Monday-Friday excluding holidays) after receipt of your order. If a time is not available to ship you will
be notified immediately of the availability date. USPS Priority mail normally takes 2-4 days
after the ship date depending on which state the package is being delivered to
(excluding holidays and Sundays).
Rush
Orders
All
rush orders will need to be called into us directly at 1-888-492-8101. Any order placed that requests same day
shipment will be charged a non-refundable rush fee of $20.00 in addition to the
price and Express Shipping Charges (if requested). Not all items are guaranteed to be in stock
at all times. If you need to rush your
order please call for availability of the item you wish to purchase. Custom Veils will be shipped out within 2
days of the order with a non-refundable rush fee. (Please note this does not include the time
it takes to reach you).

All orders under 10 items have Low Cost Priority mail shipping ($6.45) to the Continental U.S. All international and Express shipments are still charged the same rates as listed below.
We do offer 3 kinds of shipping to all continental United State customers. Please note express shipping options are only
available (2nd Day Air, Next Day Delivery) for “Headpieces with
Veil”, “Headpiece Only”, “Veil Only” and “Flower Girl Headpiece” orders. All “Headpiece and Veil, “Headpiece Only”,
“Veil Only”, “Flower Girl Headpiece” and some “Bridal jewelry” can be shipped
by USPS Priority Mail or USPS 2nd Day Delivery. To get a Overnight Shipping quote please call
us at 1-888-492-8101 Monday-Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm. All other items will be shipped direct to you
from our drop ship partners via USPS.
USPS
Priority Mail: Please allow 6-10 business
days (Monday-Friday) for delivery. $6.45
USPS 2nd
Day Delivery: Please allow 2 business
days for processing on stock orders. 6
business days for process on custom and non-stock orders; then allow 2 business
days for shipping. Business days are
Monday-Friday. $25.00
Tracking
Your Shipment
Once
your shipment has been sent, you will be emailed with your tracking
number. After receiving your tracking
number you can track your package by by going to www.usps.com,
and choosing the tracking link. Just
paste your tracking number in the box, and hit enter. Your order should arrive within 2-4 business
days of your ship date. If your order is
shipped to your home and there is no one available to sign for it, your package
will be left on your doorstep.
It is
highly recommended that you choose a shipping address where there will be an
adult available to sign for your package.
We will not assume liability for any packages left at a door, or for any
that an adult has not signed for. You will also be charged a $5.00 re-routing fee for
any redirection of the package from the original address given when the order
was placed.
Delivery
of Shipment
If your package does not arrive within
10 days of your ship date, please contact us so we can initiate a claim the US
Postal Service or UPS. In the unlikely event your package is lost; we will file
a claim with either USPS or UPS and re-ship your order at no additional charge to
you!
Damage
Claims
If you receive a box that has been
damaged, please call us immediately so we can file a claim with USPS or UPS. If
we are not notified of the damage claim within 3 days of receipt of your
shipment, we will assume that the package was delivered in good condition. If
the item you ordered was damaged during shipment please notify us immediately
by e-mail support@wedding-veil.com or call 1-888-492-8101.
International
Shipping
All international shipments are made through the United Sates Postal Service and are charged $35.00 for shipping and handling of up to 2 pounds. If your package weighs over 2 pounds, you will be contacted with a new shipping quote. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your shipment to arrive.
International
Shipments and Returns
On
international shipments no refunds for shipping charges will be issued for any
reason. If an item is returned at your
expense, we will issue a refund for the product only, or exchange for the
product (less the original shipping charge).
In the case of an exchange there will be new shipping charges when the
item you are exchanging for is shipped to you.
