International Shipments

All international shipments are made through the United States Postal Service. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Unfortunately tracking shipments through the Postal Service is delayed, and not very timely. The standard shipping cost for Canada is $20.00. The cost for all other countries is $30.00. Unfortunately we cannot offer Free Shipping on International shipments!  Please note, for large international orders, additional shipping charges might be necessary depending on the quantity, size and weight of the merchandise purchased. We will contact you if additional funds need to be collected for shipping charges.

Refunds will only be processed after you return the shipment at your expense. All items returned have to be returned in new condition. No refunds will be issued on items that are returned damaged or soiled. To return a shipment you will have to get a "Return Authorization Number" from our shipping department.
