Q. How much does shipping
cost?
A. We charge a low flat rate shipping charge of only $6.45 no matter how many items you order (excluding shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please call for
shipping costs to these areas). We will contact you if there is additional
shipping charges due (wedding favors only).
Q. How long will it take to receive
my merchandise?
A. If your shipping address is within the United States:
You should receive your order within 8-10 business days
(does not include weekends or holidays) from the date of your order.
If you have ordered a custom veil (special color or accents) then
your item should be received within 14 business days from the date
of the order. We are located in Colorado, so shipping times will
vary depending on where the item is being shipped to. For

If you need your item sooner than 8-10 business days, special shipping
is strongly suggested, and can be selected at the time of checkout.
B. If your shipping address is out of the United
States: We take international shipments each week on Friday
to the Post Office. Shipping times will vary depending on
your Country. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your shipment to
be received.
In the rare case the item
you have selected is on backorder, we will notify you immediately
and give you an estimated ship date. Wedding-Veil is not responsible for shipping delays caused by bad
weather or UPS error. Q. If I am not happy
with my merchandise can I return it?
A. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
However, in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your headpiece
or veil, you can return the merchandise for full credit, less shipping
charges (unless you ordered a custom color, or additional accents
on headpiece or veil, which cannot be returned) Personalized items

How do I know if my item is available?
A. You can look at our backorder list by clicking
here if your item IS
NOT on the list, then it is available to ship within 2-3
business days from the date of the order.

What is Diamond White, Shimmer White and Shimmer Ivory?
A. Diamond White is one shade between white and ivory. It is also called
"off-white" or "silk white". Shimmer White
is white, with a sparkly sheen to it. Shimmer Ivory is ivory,
with a sparkly sheen to it. You can see pictures of these veiling

Diamond White, Shimmer White, and Shimmer Ivory are custom colors.
If you are not sure that this is the color you need, please call customer
service at 888-492-8101 for a fabric swatch. Diamond White, Shimmer
White or Shimmer Ivory veils are custom made as the orders are placed,
and are non-refundable.

Can I order a custom made veil that is cut to my specifications?
A.
We can cut a veil to any length(s) you would like! Custom
made veils can normally be made and sent to you
within 7 business days after the date of your order. To get
a price quote on your custom veil, please e-mail your request to sales@wedding-veil.com giving
us specifications you would like for your veil, or call us at 1-888-492-8101. You
will receive a price quote by the next business day. Q. What is the veiling
made of?
A. Our veiling
is made out of very high quality bridal illusion. If you would

Q. Are there any hidden fees
if I order my veil from you?
A. The only thing that will be charged to your credit card is the listed
price of the item (s) you choose and our normal shipping charge of
$6.50 (no matter how many items you order). We pay all UPS Ground
Freight charges on order over $150.00! Except for rare cases of large
Wedding Favor orders (call for more information if you are planning
on ordering a large amount of wedding favors).

when my shipment is sent?
A. We will e-mail you the UPS tracking number of your shipment.
You can then log into our web-site and click the UPS tracking link
to check the status of your shipment.
