How to choose a wedding veil
Using bridal veil is one of the oldest traditions in wedding. In ancient days, the veils were used to hide the identity of a bride and save her from evil spirits. Nowadays, brides wear the veils to give wedding attire a complete look. if the problems is that how to choose a wedding veil, it depends on type of wedding dress and personal preference.
If you are wearing ornate gown having very elaborated beading, embroidery or ruffles, then your wedding veil should be simple. If you choose ornate veil, it may ruin elegance and sophistication of your wedding dress. If you wish, you can add a simple trim such as lace or line of pearls at the borders. If your wedding dress is simple and classic, select the veil that you can wear for complete ceremony and reception.
How to choose a wedding veil is not a problem at all. You should select the veil that suits your personality. You should consider your height while choosing a veil. If you are very short, a very long veil is not suitable for you as it may overwhelm your frame. You should opt for an elbow veil. If you enough tall, you can choose fingertip veil that may look gorgeous on your body.
Select the wedding veil that will not hide important details of your beautiful wedding dress. If the focal point of your wedding gown is your back or bodice like antique mother of pearl buttons or fully embroidered ribbon, then avoid wearing a full length veil. Another thing you should consider while choosing a veil is the length of walkway. A dramatic, long veil is perfect in the cathedrals or other ceremony venue where you can make a dramatic entrance. Attractive wedding veils make your wedding day a very special day.
