Wearing the veil and a tiara properly is also a skill and needs to be done carefully so that the bride is comfortable with it for the next few hours. There is a particular way of putting on a veil with the comb and of wearing a tiara.

You can start by holding the comb in a upside down direction, so that the concave side will be facing upwards. Pull both the layers of the tulle backwards and the blusher layer on the top. Then rotate the comb in the forward direction with the concave side downwards. Now you can slide it into the hairs. The tiara should be slide at an angle of 45 degrees on your head. Make adjustments in the tiara, so that there is no gap visible between the tiara and the veil. Bend the tiara band gently if you want a snug fit, so that it will fit the shape of your head. If there are pin loops, then secure the tiara with bobby pins so that it will be held in its place.

Then the ends of the exposed band can be covered with the hairs. If you want to wear the tiara without a veil to keep your hairs down, then slant the tiara a bit to get the best effect. Do not perch it on the top of the head or it will make you appear like a beauty pageant winner instead of a bride.
